I work with individuals or couples in an effort to increase overall wellness and to target the specific needs of the client.  This may range from a specific condition such as anxiety or depression to a more general topic such as life planning or family dynamics.

My approach is uniquely tailored to each client and reflects my experiences in many different environments (schools, hospitals, forensic, private practice, etc.).  I primarily utilize Talk Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with an emphasis on mindfulness.
